This can work in our favor-- When we eat and act in what is good for us, we crave for more of it! A well body craves exercise and rest-- and responds to the meeting of that need with more healthy desires!
A sick body may crave only rest, and sometimes tries to fill its longing with unhealthy food. The sad thing is, the more of that it gets, the more it often craves! How strange it is, but too often true indeed!
The Happy Wellness Platform here reflects the totality of needs of life, bringing release, peace and comfort around what may be common areas of shortfall for some or many people. For those people (myself included) the factors of water, food, encouragement, fitness, rest, sleep and wellness education require specifically focused attention. However, if that attention becomes negative, depressed, self- discouraging or self- defeating, then the subject may be best left alone.
The Happy approach to wellness is about focusing on what is easier to start. For many that focus is on aspects of well- being that are more emotional than physical.
